The stations are Märkisches Museum, Heinrich-Heine and Jannowitzbrücke and can be reached in 2-5 minutes on foot. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the historic Nikolaiviertel and Alexanderplatz (2 stops on the U-Bahn). Boat tours of Berlin can be taken from the nearby shore. Despite the very central location, the neighborhood remains an oasis of calm, away from city noise and stress.
