THE APARTMENT

Breathtaking, bright rooftop apartment with a view over the roofs of Prenzlauerberg. This elegant and modern apartment impresses with its versatile and tasteful decor and with hand-picked furniture - a mixture of modern and elegant classics. Beautiful herringbone parquet including underfloor heating gives the apartment the necessary warmth and many highlights with attention to detail. Adjacent is the open modern kitchen with direct access to one of the two existing terraces. The custom-made kitchen is fully equipped and from here you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed with direct access to the second terrace. The modern daylight bathroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower and is completely laid and finished with anthracite-colored granite tiles. All in one -the apartment has a very well thought throgh floor plan - a class of its own.
LOCATION

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas in Prenzlauer Berg. Here you will find everything your heart desires. One of the largest and most diverse flea markets is the Mauerpark with many different artists, musicians and bands with a great park - everything to discover for adults and kids. Trendy second-hand shops and young designer boutiques, international restaurants, grocery stores from organic to discounters, the best bars and cafes as well as art galleries and other cultural sites such as the new, beautiful and renovated Stadtbad Oderberger (large swimming pool, bar and room for rent) and the famous culture brewery and so much more. The tram stop with various tram lines and the U2 subway station Schönhauser Allee can be reached within 5 minutes walking distance from your door step.

Refundable Deposit

The damage deposit is due in cash on arrival along with the remaining rental payment. Provided there is no damage in the apartment, it will be refunded at departure. Please note, that for bookings of more than 30 nights the deposit might be higher.

Cancellation Policy

In case you would have to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees are due:

more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the prepayment (10% of the rental price)
In case the prepayment was less than 100 euro, you will get a coupon for a future booking for the returned amount.

30 days prior to arrival to no show: 100% of the prepayment (20% of the rental price)

In case of an earlier departure or change of the number of persons, prepayments are not refundable. In addition to that there might be cancellation fees by the owner for cancellations less than 30 days (or more for rental periods of one month or more) in advance.

Each owner can choose from 3 different cancellation policies, which is shown in the apartment listing, see details below.
